Returns
At Sleeper we really want our customers to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward and customer-friendly Returns Policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. Please take a moment to review our policy guidelines below:
1. Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The original tags must still be attached to the garment. Items returned without their original tags will not be accepted.
2. Initiating the Return:
If you wish to initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Log in / create an account on the sleeper shopify store.
- Initiate a self-service return for your order
3. Packaging and Return Shipping:
Please ensure that the item(s) being returned are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging, if possible. Remember to include all original accessories and documentation that came with the product.
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we made an error with the order or the item is deemed faulty.
4. Inspecting and Processing Returns:
Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria mentioned above. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange as per your request.
5. Refunds and Exchange:
For approved returns, you may choose either of the following options:
- Refund: We will initiate a refund to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Please allow 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Exchange: If you prefer an exchange for a different size or color, we will ship the new item to you promptly after inspecting and processing the returned item(s).
6. Non-Eligible Items:
Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Items without their original tags attached.
- Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support team immediately. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
